Smart Home from a Customer's Perspective
In a market-research study, ISOE surveyed private and commercial customers to find out how they rate the benefits of Smart Home.
Research approach
With the "Smart Home" or "intelligent house" concept, modern information and communication technologies, HVACR, and electrical appliances are networked and automatically regulated in line with demand. In a market research study, ISOE surveyed 1000 private and 200 commercial customers to find out how they rated the benefits of Smart Home: this involved looking at expectations, needs and demands as well as possible fears and barriers.
