ISOE treats application documents confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations. We process your application data to assess your suitability and professional qualifications for the position you are applying for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The information you provide remains with us; it is not forwarded to third parties.
Recipients of the personal data contained in the application documents are the respective responsible personnel and the human resources department. Your application documents will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the procedure. We use your contact details solely to communicate with you and inform you about the progress of the application process.
In the event of entering into an employment relationship, internship, or other contractual relationship, the data will continue to be stored and transferred to the personnel file. Otherwise, the application process concludes with the receipt of a rejection. If we are interested in retaining your application for a potential future similar position, we will obtain your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). In this case, we will specify the period for which we intend to retain your application (maximum of 2 years). After this period, the documents will be deleted.
You have the right to access the personal data collected, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. In particular, you have the option to withdraw your application at any time.
